My two favorites are the Guidewear line by Cabela's and Ex Officio.  I 
really like the feel of the fabric of the Guidewear shirts.  Ex Officio make 
different fabric blends (cotton/poly and nylon/poly), so you need to 
experiment to see which works best for you in your climate.  I prefer the 
nylon/poly in hot humid weather.  The mesh vents in these shirts allow for 
plenty of air circulation, making them quite comfortable.
