RE: [RC] Horse Waterers - Libby & Quentin Llop DVM

Nelson waterers are for some reason very attractive to mice. They have
caused us a tremendous amount of trouble over the last 25 years, as well as
being expensive to heat. The horses and sheep all prefer to drink out of the
Mirafont energy free waterers both summer and winter. We do have a freezing
problem in the bitter weather (Less than 10ºF) and are in the process of
adding thermostatic heaters. Libby

You might try the Nelson waterer. They have a website and I think they even
send you a DVD you can watch. They are sturdy, trouble free, easily cleaned
in seconds and heated if you like. Good Luck
