[RC] TWH as endurance horses - Ridecamp Guest

==========================================

I'll second that it just depends on the individual horses. I ride mostly with 2
gaited horses that do not pace well together at all. Gelding always playing
"catch up" to the mare.

& to Deb: I have a SSH & she is the most calm, level headed,
4-feet-on-the-ground-at-all-times trail horse I've ever had & her filly did
quite a bit of rearing when she was coming along (filly is almost 2 now). It
worried me, but with just some good scolding, that behavior stopped after a
while & she hasn't done it since around humans. She still rears up on my
gelding trying to take her spot in the herd, but her feet stay firmly on the
ground at all other times. hang in there, in my experience, this too shall
pass!  :)
