Re: [RC] [RC] riding along a busy road - Ashia Yother

I grew up my intire life riding on the roads.  I try to find the shoulder as much as possible.  People honk and yell at you, but I get my horse accustomed to that on my own before I even take him on the road.

It is hideously dangerous, altho some people do it all the time.I've done a little out of neccesity and I absolutly hate it.People honk, yell, swerve at you, swerve away from you,or get nervous, slow down and won't pass you,etc etc,to say nothing of slick pavement when you have no shoulder to ride on.My tension of course then goes into the horse.I feel that if I were  forced to do enough of it,disaster would be inevitable.
