Re: [RC] Enjoy the fall season. Ride!! - Diane Trefethen

Dear Doris,

I am so sorry for your unfortunate accident and wish you the very best in your recovery. Two weeks ago I too wound up in an Urgent Care Center after a similar experience with getting a horse out of a large paddock though the results for me were no where near as serious as for you. I hope our misfortunes cause other Ridecampers to take pause in their daily horse-handling to remember that these are BIG animals who can do silly things that hold the potential to harm us fragile humans. We all know that "If anything can go wrong, it will" was probably written by a horse person centuries before Murphy came along so be careful, all. Don't lose your focus when you are dealing with your ponies.
Again, Godspeed in your healing, Doris.

Sincerely,
Diane Trefethen
