[RC] Sponsors - WRSINOSKY

A new AERC member by the name of Ellen brought up the following issue:

Out here in AZ there is a town called Wickenburg.? I don't know how the Ride Managers started it, but it's like the whole town volunteers. I forget the exact numbers, but I think they said something like there were two volunteers for every ride this past January.?

The annual AERC ride in Wickenburg is a huge event for the town.? I'm thinking it didn't just get that way without alot of work by the ride managers and other interested parties.?

Heck!? I'm even toying with the idea of getting somebody to sponsor ME!? I mean, what better place to advertise your product(s) than on someone's back in the form of a t-shirt.? And they don't have to be horse related either.? My husband used to race at the local speedway here in AZ. We don't have money.? He found sponsors to pay for some of the work he did to the car, then painted their logos on the vehicle.

The sponsors are out there.? We just all have to work to find them.
