[RC] Teff Hay-protein levels - Ridecamp Guest

==========================================

At the risk of sounding cranky, I didn't make up those protein
numbers for Teff hay, it was off an internet article that said
that the protein levels could (repeat) could be as high as 25%,
but that the cuttings made a difference so I would recommend
testing or knowing the cut time for the hay. Sounds like the
same issues you can have with alfalfa. Where did you get
the information about the C:P levels, I couldn't
find it on the internet but didn't spend alot of time.
Personally, I would like to try it and farmers are starting
to consider growing it in the Klamath area so it may become
more popular.
