In the proposal I read on sweepstakes, there was
money proposed for CTR and endurance. The
current nomination fee for inutero foals is $400, and I have not seen any
proposal that changes that to $3500.
Actually, this is the first time I have felt good
about AHA in many years. The current President is capable and very
sincere. The Treasurer is excellent and able. With enough support and
actually getting the true facts, this might once again evolve into a grass roots
org.
