[RC] Girth length-Disagree strongly - Ridecamp Guest

==========================================

 How folks ride with buckles,knots,rigging proturbances under their leg,and
interfering with the stirrup leathers,mystifies me.Laying another flap of
leather on top of a problem only makes it worse.I CANNOT do it,and thus all my
saddles are modified for a flap rigging(the flap IS the rigging strap,a la
Synergist,O-Flex,Trumball Mtn,etc).I use common el-cheapo neopreme girths,with
the neopreme under the buckle to protect the horse,and a very short girth
length which thus places the buckle down below center of the horse's side,where
my stirrup leather never touches it.Works great!
