 We have a good friend in Ethel, LA......Fred Myers.  I have his horse conditioning him for the fall rides.  Fred is suppose to come and pick up Allegro and go on up to Big South Fork, this weekend.  BUT, I haven't heard from Fred, tried his cell phone, but no service.   He was in line for a direct hit, but Katrina turned east and missed him head on.  He is located just north of I-10 and east of I-59.  He should have been on the west side of the storm....but I image he did get a lot of damage.  Last email from him was he was staying, had a generator and 12-pack of Viennas!!!

 

Hope the crew in Jackson, MS is ok too.

PS. yes, I would sell my award.  I wasn't ridding Booy, I was riding mamma's dumb horse, Bama   :))
