[RC] Brenderup - Dawn Simas

<<Legally for trailers of a certain size (which would cover all horse trailers, I believe) the brake must be of a type that can be manually activated by the driver. This leaves out the surge brakes. If that's what Brenderups have then they must come in under that size cut-off.>>
 
I agree that it must be below that limit if that is the law. Probably a GVWR limit.  My Brenderup Baron, with dressing room (there are smaller models) has a GVWR of 4400# I believe.
