[RC] Tired dressage horse - Ridecamp Guest

==========================================

My dressage instructor took her 9 year old TB to a show
Thursday which was held in an air conditioned arena.
She didn't place well because as she says "he was pooped".

In light of the recent dialog about GL and horses
bonking on rides, I'm wondering if a dressage
horse would do well with this type of program.
If it works for TBs who race for about 2 minutes would
it work for a dressage horse in the arena for about 4
minutes?

I ask because in addition to LD and CTR we've started
dressage lessons and will go to our first show Sept. 3.
I know I find the lessons tiring but Codee seems
to enjoy them and doesn't tire like I do.
