==========================================

I learned that there were way more people
that are not elyting on the trail as I thought.
I have always said we overdo it. I don't think
that it is reasonable to try to replace all the
salts as it is not possible to replace all the
water. Thus if you try to keep up with one and the
other gets behind you are in a bad place with
a fliud/electrolyte imbalance that can have
dissasterous results. I read that Lance Armstrong
gets IV fluids every night on the Tour De France,
as it is impossible for him to drink enough when
he is racing to replace it and he isn't a horse!!!

So I would think that it would be the goal to
keep the ratio more balanced.
Patty
