[RC] Deaths - Ridecamp Guest

==========================================

Ok, I am getting tired, but I couldn't resist this one:

Tom, Bob does know how many horses died in, at or after AERC competition last
year, because I stood up at the convention and gave a talk on it, complete with
a chart. There were 6, two colics, one aneurysm, one got loose and injured on
a fence, one fell off a mountain, and one was found to have a 20# entrolith.

We don't hide our tragedies in the AERC, we learn from them.

Good enough. Not bad at all! Saw more than that lying alongside the trail in
Syria in a single day. Nothing like facts to disabuse misapprehensions.

How does this compare with past years? Maybe you guys are getting smarter.
Certainly smarter than the racetrack, where two a week at the typical TB track
is not uncommon.
