Re: [RC] Blundstone footwear - Barbara McCrary

I ride in Ariat Performers, the original style, and I still like them very much.   I can't ride in Terrains, as the sole is too soft.  The Performers have a rigid sole and I can't feel the stirrup pressure through those, as I can with the Terrains.

I have the Blunnies  "Women's Work" model with the steel toe and it is not comfortable as a riding boot nor for long periods of time on the ground.  It has no arch support and is a very "generic" feeling boot.  I usually ride in Ariats and much prefer that feel.  The Blunnie leather is hard: the only part I like about that boot is the steel toe :-)
