[RC] Sharing a trailer - GarnerTI had my horse at a trainer's place for a few months (learning a few things I couldn't teach), and I was able to ride a friend's mare. We have always trained together & sometimes shared a trailer for a day trip, but we did 2 endurance rides together. It was a blast! Since I was riding her horse, saddle, etc. I had a lot less responsibility! We split gas, etc. I made some homemade chicken noodle soup for Friday evening, and we brought our own breakfast & lunch stuff. Dinner of course was at the ride. The funny part was sharing the living quarters. We're good friends and teach next door to each other, so we decided - what the heck, we'll just sleep in the same bed! (we're both girls, you sickies out there). We really had a good time, and I wouldn't mind sharing a trailer with Karen again. At Mariposa, it was cold at night, so I was really glad she was there!
