Ford is putting a big push on service. This is what my local dealer 
tells me and they sure act like it since the want to be number one in 
service. I think Ford gives them a bonus or maybe even evaluates the 
right for them to sell Ford base on it.

If I had a problem I couldn't get my local dealier interested in, I go 
to Ford. If that didn't work, I'd send a letter to the state dept of 
comsumer affairs, with copies to my local dealer and Ford corp.
