Re: [RC] Saddles to fit a "height disadvantaged" person - Suzi Maiorisi

Check into Specialized Saddles - www.specializedsaddles.com - you can get them with or without fenders, and in international and western styling.  You can even get removable fenders to go with, too and as for fit for your horse, there's NO question whatsoever that it will fit Smiley emoticon
Good luck,
Suzi

Subject: [RC] Saddles to fit a "height disadvantaged" person

Hi everyone,

Looking for any and all suggestions on what saddles may suit a person with
shorter legs.  I have about a 24" inseam, and I'm having a heck of a time
trying to find a saddle with short enough flaps I'd feel comfortable in.  I
currently ride in a Solstice which I love but isn't fitting my horse that great
anymore.  I'm going back and forth, debating whether I should just find a pad
that'll solve the slight bridging problem we have, or trying to find another
saddle that'll fit her better.. but then it has to fit me as well.

I've been looking at Orthoflex Cutbacks as a possibility, or the new Sensation
pad (two very different saddles!).

Thanks! :)

Julienne
& Isabella (pooped but happy after Gold Country, expect a ridestory soon! ;)  )
