[RC] Stallion question - Kim

Where I come from horses are not considered livestock by law.  they are still considered a form of transportation, therefore they would be covered by the insurance.  I was told if your cow gets loose and gets hit by a car, you are liable.  If your horse gets loose and is hit by a car, you are not liable.
