==========================================

The hysterectomy that I had in 2002 was just what I needed and has greatly
improved the quality of my life. I had to have it done abdominally. I started
riding again in just under four weeks, albeit only at a walk and for short
periods of time at first. Built up and by 6 weeks I was able to go trotting
again, LSD. I went back into competition 9 weeks after the surgery, that would
have been 60 miles over two days, at about 5.5 mph. I ride open competitive
Trail and have ridden over 1000 CTR miles since the surgery. I've had no
problems as a result of the surgery.

Enjoy the day, enjoy the trail,
