[RC] Trailer loading trianing/chaining trailer - L gin

I probably already know the answer to this...... Need to train one who has never seen a trailer, one who only moved 3 times in a stocktype(ok)-- think she had some training as a foal.... And another who use to ride in our 3h slant fine--- but have a new 2h, stock type long opening down both sides (S& H) straight load.
I do have John Lyons materials on how to do it,and everyone already knows the go forward cue from the hip,,,,
Now the ??????-------- Can I chain/tie my 2h to a tree or something for stability somewhere semi-permanent -- and chock the wheels etc. Is this ok or safe to do? It weighs 2100 lbs. They weigh 875-950.? Would be for the initial load un- load 100 times sequence, one foot, then two , three etc. ( Or less, depending....
Otherwise I have to get the out hook up in the driveway or arena, then move it all and repark ,unhitch and repark ...
Not that I won't do it if it is the only right way. ;0)
thanks, computer died ,so have to steal time on sons..........
