I have been reading the messages on Specialized Saddles.  I do not know the 
cause of her horse's hair loss.  I am upset with her unfair fighting tactics.  
It is causing damage to a company's good  reputation. I have to speak up.  I 
bought a Specialzed Saddle. I was especially impressed with the time and effort 
David spent with me.  I called and e-mailed him many times before making a 
decision to buy one of his saddles.  He even sent a special form to size my 
horse's back at no cost to me. He helped me research several saddle pads that 
would work well with my horse.  I even met with him in person at the Equine 
Affair in Springfield, Mass.  The saddle is extremely comfortable.  There is no 
damage to my horse's back.  In addition I get compliments on how well it looks. 
I use centered riding and like the ability to position the stirrups under my 
center.

She has to decide what's more important:  Solving the hair loss problem or 
getting revenge because her questions weren't answered to her satisfaction.
