Thanks for the seasoned Otis vets. The horse and rider is always first. Nothing 
else is more important. When you are standing and waiting to present to the vet 
and there is no one ahead in line, then the vet should be waiting and looking 
for your  arrival. Maybe standing at attention with a can I help you SIR kind
