RE: [RC] Prineville, Injured riders and horses - Chastain, Shannon L.

What is a "controlled" start for an Endurance Ride. In the CTR group I belong 
to (MOTDRA) we start out separately 30 to 60 minutes apart out time is tracked 
from when we go out.

Truman is right, controlled starts are a great tool for an RM.  I hope that 
RM's all over the world will take note of these wrecks and carefully 
consider using controled starts.

However, you can still "read my lips, no new rules".
