  Maybe if other people, like myself, who have pre 1996 records on their horses have kept up with them personally.  I have a digital record of every ride on several of my horses, and these were 100 mile horses, three of them.  We could send all this info to the person that volunteers, and that way they would have a jumping off point.  Just a thought.
