[RC] wildlife sightings - NancyWe have a saying here in Elfin Forest regarding quail. Were their is one their are many. I have almost been tossed by both Lyric and Jazzi when they first came to us. I love the quail talk as you ride by. The red headed woodpeckers sound like a bunch of teenage girls when they get mad at us riding by. Several weeks ago a great white egret was head of my neighbor and I on the way home. Her horse, Quincy had more fun chasing the big white bird down the trail. Several days later, Quincy looked for the big white bird and was very disappointed he had no one to chase! Of course bobcats are wonderful to see, too, but those little baby quail are just adorable.
