We woke up to 9 inches of snow this morning outside Rapid City SD - no
surprise, it was snowing last night after a day of rain and fog. We desperately
need this, but just thought I'd throw this out for any folks coming to the NC at
Ft Howes for the first time - please remember to bring some warm clothes and
blankets. Can't say for Ft Howes, but cold and snow can hit the Black Hills area
any time (anybody remember the ROC in the northern Hills back about 1993?
