An interesting persepctive on the Kentucky Derby. Particularly read the last paragraph.

Drugs don't belong in sports. Not in flat track racing - not in endurance. It's amazing how wonder horses look like 2000 dollar claimers when the drug testers come out like what happened on Derby day. Of course in FEI endurance it doesn't matter, they know they can beat the rap - if they ride with the right colors and donate enough money to the FEI..

Drugs don't belong in our sport no matter how the FEI or their apologist spin it.
