[RC] top ten - Merryben

Here is the top ten (what I have so far) list of what to do to really make
the ride secretary mad:

1.  Don't forget to write cutsey answer to the questions on the form.  Put
your age as 740 and then when you miss out on a nice award that has to do with
age, complain.....And of course where it says sex referring to your horse,
always put yes, or some other such stupid answer.

2.   Always staple your check to the entry.  My house has ceiling fans and
when I open the mail the check may fly away and be lost forever if you don't.

3.    Call at least 10 days ahead of time to check what the weather will be.
Ride management personnel are trained meteorologists and will always know.

4.      If the ride manager or the secretary is a friend, don't bother to
mention that you are riding the ride or send in an entry.  Your friend doesn't
mind the extra work and of course would not charge YOU a late fee.

..............................more later as I get closer to nutsville.

I just know people will look up my last year's fax number on an old entry and
fax their entry to that number.  Of course I purposefully left it off the
entry cause I don't work there anymore and don't have access to a fax
machine....................
