[RC] more towing questions - Andrea Faustina

I am towing a four horse steel bumperpull and also carry a cabover
camper. For this configuration I use a Titan Class V hitch with a
receiver extender. I have the pin in the second hole on the extender bar
(sorry can't remember the exact length that the bar extends, maybe
24"?).

I tow all this with a Ford F-550. I believe I am well within my towing
capacity for that vehicle (17,500 lbs) but I am concerned about the
limits on weight for the extender bar. I think it said something about
6,000 lbs when extended to the second hole position. Any suggestions on
making this a safer combination? Would stabilizer bars make the
extension safer?? Are there any higher weight rated extender bars?

Any suggestions appreciated!

Thanks!
