[RC] caja del rio update - LISAhey folks: well, it's a cool spring so far here in Santa Fe (today it's hailing on and off), but we're getting ready for the Caja del Rio ride anyway. one month to go! a few changes to let you know about: the fun ride will now be SUNDAY, the same day as the endurance and LD rides. NOT saturday as previously stated. Marlene Moss, of Equine Kinetic Analysis, will be at camp on Saturday. If you are wondering if your horse is moving in comfort, take a few minutes for a private saddle fitting session with Marlene. The cost will be $40 per horse (reg $75) but she'll look at as many saddles as you want to determine how the saddle fits with the horse in motion. She'll also be available for Free'n'Easy saddle adjustments. Check out www.KineticEquineAnalysis.com and contact Marlene to confirm a time on Saturday or just find her in camp. We also hope to have a licensed equine massage therapist on hand! No, she won't rub your back, but who's doing all the work, anyway? Price and appointments TBA when you check in on Saturday.
