RE: [RC] comfortable riding pants - Nancy Sturm

Good suggestion Julie!  That's what my daughter has done for our 14 year old grandson.  He's a cowboy at heart, but rides hunt seat, dressage and (this season) endurance.  She used a Suitability pattern to make him breeches to fill his requirement that "nothing shows".

I used to ride in bicycle races and before that  was a competitive runner.  Men in tights were a common sight and most appreciated.

You might want to try one of the patterns from SuitAbility.com.  If you have someone who sews or know a good seamstress, there are patterns for pants and jeans that can be made with a custom fit from comfortable, stretch fabrics.   Good luck!
