[RC] Anyone use "regular" English stirrups instead of EZ-rides? - k s swigart

I have ridden almost 5,000 miles of competition and probably five times
that many conditioning miles in reglary English fillis stirrup irons.
The trick is to ride with your weight distributed throughout your leg
and seat rather than just in your feet.
