Army supply? But those usually have the zipper or something on the inside, bet you could reverse them....

Nice chaps, but what I need are gaiters for my Terrains.  At the end of a
ride I have half the trail in my boots as my horse flings dirt up into them
as we go.  Very annoying.  Any idea where I could find something like that?
