[RC] Horse flipped over - Lysane Cree

/What's not surprising is my horse sustained a very severe neck injury as
/a 2 year old in training when he flipped over when being ground driven.

I would like to hear more about the potential injuries I should be aware of in this type of scenario. My 3 year old is currently at a trainer's. So far I have liked everything about this guy because he goes slowly and doesn't use any harsh methods. However, this week, he called to tell me that while ground driving, my filly had reared up high and fallen down. She was in an indoor arena on sand.
I must say she does have quite a dominant "fighting" type of personality so its not totally surprising. She did this once at home but did not go over. Her fall does seem to have taught her a lesson, that rearing is bad, because she has not tried to rear at all since then. She is of cutting horse bloodlines and she is very naturally agile at getting back on her hocks, making her front end very light and hence, making rearing an easy option for her.
She doesn't appear to have been hurt and when I saw her this weekend, everything appears normal. She is not sore anywhere on her back or neck and she is not limping at all. However, just knowing that she fell has me worried. I'm having visions of tight muscles and one-sideness and crookedness and....Aaaaaahhhh! My poor little baby! :)
Is there anything specific I should be looking for? Even if there is no obvious injury, could it lead to problems later? I'm wondering if I should have someone work on her when she gets back home, like a massage therapist or chiropractor or something... Any ideas?
