Went on to a Paint, an Arab and a Standardbred, all of who I have the registration papers and pedigrees on - none of them appeared. And I had thought the pony was a nice test of obscure breeding. Anyway I found my dun half arab-half appendix Qh. has percheron, and Holstener and Shagya Arab and more other arabs on his Tb side!!! LOL-- can't even figure percentages. He also has all 3 orginal arab sires in tb line, The Goldophin, the Barley Turk, and Darley arab. Not to mention the Qh part, which has the percheron in him. Many of the Qh have tb in them. So I figure he is more than 1/2 arab, maybe 2/3 and the rest is cold blood.
