[RC] Saddle Pad / Saddle question - Nikki McCormack

Ok. Back to the old subject. I am currently riding in a big horn synthetic endurance saddle with the center fire rigging. I cannot at this time afford a new saddle, but I have an issue with this one and a seperate question.

First, it tends to slip too far forward through the course of a ride, which I suspect is due to the rigging style. Has anyone dealt with this kind of problem successfully and how?

Also, I am considering investing in a new pad (and eventually a new saddle) and was wondering what kind of pads (and saddles) people had used successfully with high withered Arabians. My Spanish Mustang is also high withered so it would be helpful for both of my horses.

You can email me privately if you wish at neyska at hotmail dot com.

Thanks!
Nikki
