Re: [RC] ankle braces - DESERTRYDR1

The best thing would be to do ankle strengthening exercises to build better 
strength and flexibility in that area.  I'm not sure exactly what, as I have 
good ankles, I imagine a physical therapist could recommend some exercises.  
Wraps or a brace will actually leave the ankles weaker in the long run, and 
lead 
to more problems later on.  

Something like range of motion--rolling the foot all the way around on the 
ankle, or standing on the edge of a step and lowering your heels then raising 
to 
tippy toes then back to a neutral position might work.  jeri
