 I have a full length oil skin duster, but find I don't wear it much.  I
find that mine is bulky and heavy.  It keeps dry well enough, but in a down
pour things are still going to get wet.  I've had mine for quite a long time
though.  Maybe some of the newer ones are better.  Mine is great for around
camp, but I just find it a little cumbersome for endurance type riding.
