Here’s another subject – Do you clip for the
winter? I am just stated training again. Last year I just did a small
trace clip. The horses are out 24/7 with the choice to stand in their
stalls. I have been blanketing to cool them down – Jack who gets
sweaty from work and Star gets sweaty from running around like an idiot while
we are gone. Now, at least Star has gotten used to being left behind, so she
only runs a little when we take off and when we get back and doesn’t need
to be blanketed. Is it better to clip Jack now so he doesn’t get so
hot while riding. I am new to endurance so these were things I never had
to think about before.
