[RC] kids, rides etc - Ridecamp Guest

don't get me wrong, horse camp and riding are great family activities.  i'm not 
saying it's ride managers responsiblity, but we've had incidents where kids in 
camp have caused trouble especially when we are riding on private ranches.  and 
other things...  perhaps when a rider sees child neglect they should just call 
the local child protective services?  there's got to be an answer and a middle 
ground.  riders and workers have to sign releases, what release covers the 
kids?   (p.s. the folks with the toddler also had 3 loose dogs wandering around 
camp, they smelled better than the kid).  had a couple of grandparents ask if 
there would be someone in camp that could keep an eye on their self sufficient 
well mannered grandsons, everyone thought they must be 10 or so, they were 
preschoolers, and while folks were out on trail one rode his bike off the 
handicapp mounting ramp(without a bike helmet)...  thank goodness wasn't hurt.
