Re: [RC] Endurance Views Calendar - JonniThanks for the kind words on my photography Lynn! But boy, this sure sounds bad after the recent shooting of the rock musician "but since she moved to TX from CA, she's been shooting musicians instead of riders." LOL Photographing...photographing...not shooting.... Each region does have some very fine photographers. I actually did not KNOW about the calendar. But, maybe it was being promoted while I was gone this summer on the XP ride. There are a couple problems with my photographing more rides. First, I want to RIDE more this year, and next, often there is an photographer who has been doing rides in the region for awhile, and is established. I never want to step on the toes of another photographer! But that does not mean, that RIDERS can not submit photos from a ride for such use. Just get an OK from the photographer. And for the curious, here is some of my recent photography work. Very different to the viewer from my ride photography, but often the same, as it is waiting for that exact movement, and placement in the frame, to try to capture what I saw, at that moment, that *I* thought was art to me.
