"But let it be said that NONE of the above is the cause of founder.... The actual cause of founder in equines is due to improper hoof shape and condition. " - this pretty much flies in the face of much scientific research and my own experience. Reading this just put me off that site entirely. Yet another person with an axe to grind who won't let fact get in their way. It does kinda make you wonder, doesn't it? Well, there are also still folks out there who believe the earth is flat, too--and I imagine that if you looked hard enough, you could even find a web site that says so.
