Friends of mine welded the metal frame that your bed/boxspring sits on to
the top of their trailer and have used that as a hayrack ever since, it is
even adjustable!!! They got the frame for $2 at an auction, and that's a
Canadian $2 so .50 cents in the US.   lol :-) ;-)
