As you have done clicker training that is a good thing, adding
the Parelli with clicker training is a great way to make 
progress.  The book Clicker Training your Horse would give
you suggestions on what to do in small and limited spaces.  If 
you are having dominance issues, perhaps just doing the Parelli
stuff and then adding clicker later once she has the idea who
is alpah might work better.
