[RC] Bartering indoor arena time for training - Kari Hanes

I had an interesting request today from a barn owner. She has a 5 yr old arab she doesn't want to train herself. She has offered to let me use her indoor arena this winter for my endurance horse in exchange for ride time on her gelding (an hour on her horse for an hour on my own). Has anyone ever done this? I've trained at other farms but always for an hourly rate. With winter coming on I've been regretting the fact we don't have an indoor arena so my horse can be prepared for my first spring ride in April. Any pro's or con's?
TIA
