The AERC 2005 ride season starts Dec 1, 2004 and that's the renewal date 
for the annual dues.

You can renew/join online or by downloading the form(and paper mailing 
it to the office) or you can use the paper form from Endurance News.

The links to the forms and online renewal are in the Trail News section 
at the top of the AERC home page at

http://www.aerc.org/

There are two forms for online renewal that both use a credit card.  One 
is a direct duplicate of the paper form and you fill in the information.
Use the mouse or tab to go to the next entry - don't use enter as that 
will submit the form.  Click on Submit at the bottom when you are done.

A new member would use this form as well to get the Sundowner discount.

Using the other online renewal at

http://www.doublejoy.com/erol/aerc/reg/

already has your information entered and you only need to make changes 
if needed.

The PIN would be one of tevis, old dominion, biltmore, or western states.

This is the easiest method for the office as the renewal goes directly 
into the office database.

But any way you chose to do it - it's time to renew.
