In response to:"Do you have any idea when the minutes for the November 
conference call will be available to the membership?"

The minutes must always be approved by the BoD before being published.

Here's what normally happens.  Meeting occurs - minutes taken and 
written up.  Draft of minutes may be published on BoD list before next 
conf call or very close to call.

Someone or more than one will find something they think was  different 
or in addition to the draft.  The minutes could in principle be approved 
on the next call - Dec  - but it's most likely some change will be 
suggested.

The minutes will then be approved at the Jan call and published soon after.

So very best case - sometime after Dec 6 - more likely case - sometime 
after Jan 6.
