[RC] Equipedic vs Skito Dryback - Ridecamp Guest

==========================================

I hope I don't get my head bit off by people who haven't tried
the Equipedic pad. I have used both. I had the older Skito pad
but the top cloth wore out after a couple of years. It was Ok.
I tried a friends Dryback and expected it to be much cooler. it
wasn't. it seemed about the same as the old one. I ordered one
of the Equipedics in the endurance style figuring I could
return it if I don't like it. Can't do that with the Skito. I
love it. it does everything they say it does. It doesn't slip.
Those sticky strips make a difference. Great sweat patterns
with my Synergist saddle. My horse's back drys quicker than
with my old pad. I don't understand any of the science but it
does seem cooler even here in Florida. I liked it so much I
bought a western pad for my Crates reining saddle. That's my
story and I'm sticking to it. It's been a great pad for me.
