[RC] trailer registration - Ridecamp Guest

This spring I got a shock.  I realized that I had not gotten tag renewal
notices for my two horse trailers.  When I went to the County, I found
that they wanted a bunch of money, but it was for Permanent
Registration!  I never have to purchase tags again.


Ditto in CA.  I don't know what it's going to be like when we 
move.  Maybe I'll just leave the trailer with CA plates. :)
